Spiral jet mills

Spiral jet mills by Food Pharma Systems s.r.l. enable milling powders down to 30 micron and therefore can be also called "micronizers". The size reduction effect is achieved by collision of powders inside the milling chamber.
This kind of mills perfectly suits for handling of heat sensitive products with equal size distribution (D90). They can be applied for processing pharmaceutical, plastic and chemical products.
Spiral Jet mills are available in R&D/laboratory, pilot and production plant sizes.

Jet mills fully comply with GMP, FDA standards and can be offered in ATEX execution.
