Q-mills

Q-mills by Food Pharma Systems s.r.l. can be used as alternative to mechanical mills like pin or hammer mills and allow milling of powders down to 15 – 20 micron. This kind of mills is characterized by high throughput, easy cleaning and validation. The working principle is based on collision of product particles in the milling chamber.

Due to the reachable particle size Q-mills are also called micronizers. Micronizers produced by Food Pharma Systems are available in R&D/laboratory, pilot and production plant sizes.
