We present the mobile automatic CIP system by Enoop - a modern solution for companies that require a controlled, reproducible and documented cleaning process without the need to install a stationary CIP infrastructure.
The system is equipped with a 250 liter tank, automated control based on Siemens PLC, an electric flow heater and a detergent dosing system with conductivity control from Endress+Hauser. This ensures a stable cleaning process and high repeatability of results.
Thanks to the recipe storage function, the operator can run pre-configured cleaning programs and automatically record the main process parameters. This simplifies quality control, increases traceability and helps to maintain production standards.
