Three-Tec represented a new concept of dosing device – twin double screw feeder at Achema 2018. When screw feeding it is necessary to find a balance between productivity and accuracy of dosing due to screws diameter. The bigger screws diameter is the higher productivity we can reach but the accuracy is getting lower.

Three-Tec applied separately installed screws of small and big diameter in one dosing device. Such design allows quick dosing with small and big diameter screws simultaneously and after reaching the weight close to the set one the dosage is carried out by screws of small diameter only.
