Extension of the shelf life of fresh sauces by SN Maschinenbau
Packaging line (forming, filling, sealing) FBM 20 by SN Maschinenbau can produce 100-120 stand-up pouches per minute, filling the package with both cold and hot products. SN Maschinenbau innovations allow extending the shelf life of fresh sauces by optimizing the sterility of the packaging. Almost 100% sterilization was obtained by irradiating the film with ultraviolet light before the filling process. Fresh sauces are bottled using pumps equipped with CIP devices. A recipe management system is installed on all lines. This allows you to change the product quickly, avoiding mixing the components. Such useful options as ultrasonic sealing technology, re-sealing system or fumigation with nitrogen are available. Customization of the equipment is also possible.
