Since 2019, SN Maschinenbau has cooperated with the Swiss manufacturer of grated cheese – Emmi, for who the quality and ratio price /productivity are the key selection parameters. SN Maschinenbau supplied the FMH-22 line for grated cheese packaging into 4-side sealed sachets and doy-pack pouches in hygienic execution which ensures quality and safety of the production. Over 23,000 tonnes of cheese are currently processed and packaged in the Kirchberg site every year.

FMH-22 in hygienic execution has an open design, which offers significantly improved accessibility for maintenance works and cleaning. FMH-22 clearly distinguishes itself from its competitors by its transparent and high-quality machine casing made of Makrolon.

Packaging equipment has a special light indicator system which helps the operator to locate errors quicker and solve the problem. Also, meaningful messages are displayed on the 19'' operating panel, which is included in the standard scope of supply.
