Recently, Comas S.r.l., a manufacturer of state-of-the-art liquid filling and capping as well as stoppering/crimping systems, has manufactured a filling and capping line for eye care products for a Japanese customer for their France site.

The line for filling and capping eye care production with flowmeters technology distinguishes with high quality, reliability, convenient interface, and safety for the operator. Productivity is up to 120 pcs/minute with a dosing range from 20 ml up to 1000 ml.

The line is equipped with 2 cleaning systems – CIP (cleaning-in-place) and SIP (sterilization-in-place). This line can work with two types of cap – dropper ad screw-on cap.
