A German manufacturer of form, fill- and seal machines, delivered the Dienst packaging machine as a part of a complete package to Asia for packaging of milkpowder for babies.

Dienst is a manufacturer of high-quality horizontal cartoning machine with top and side load for food and non-food industries.
This Horizontal Cartoner with 2 automatic product infeed-systems, built by Dienst, handles 65 bags per line per minute. Two form- fill- and sealing machines are preconnected. Up to seven formats in different packing formations can be produced by the HK 4 model. Depending on the format of the bags in the dispenser, different layers, as well as various bags per layer, are collected, then forwarded to the Cartoning machine.

Additional equipment, to name a few, such as a bag content leveling, open flap detection, sensors for correctly filled folding boxes and others were included in the delivered HK 4. Furthermore, the spoon insertion unit has been automatized according to a „zero waste principle", meaning there is only spoon feeding when the bag is on the right spot in the machine.
