Nowadays, there is an upward trend in the demand for pre-filled syringes, as they are easy to use for both healthcare professionals and patients, the risk of contamination and the possibility of dosing errors is reduced.

For manufacturers, this format of primary packaging also brings many advantages: reduced production stages, no need for secondary packaging, lower costs since such syringes are made from polymer granules costing only a few cents, the material does not break during transportation, and much more.

The SYFPAC® SECURJECT® model allows you to fill syringes with volumes from 0.5 ml to 20 ml with a capacity of up to 8400 units / hour, and this equipment can also handle temperature-sensitive products such as vaccines and biologicals.
