The CW-150 measures the individual weight of each individual tablet or capsule at a rate of 150,000 pcs / hour. Each product is inspected with 3D microwave resonator allowing to measure individual weight to the precision of +/- 1mg (3 sigma).

The samples are sent to a very high-precision weighing cell located in a closed recess of the chamber. This isolated chamber can also be equipped with a high-precision 4-P tester to test the physical characteristics of tablets and capsules based on traditional sampling methods (weight, thickness, strength and length / diameter).

The data is processed and analyzed by high-speed processors and stored in a user-friendly "step-by-step" data acquisition software according to the CFR21 standard.
