Recently, Comas has manufactured custom-made equipment for an Indian pharmaceutical manufacturer. The "RLS in-line" line supplied by Comas to the Customer's plant is designed for filling and sealing all types of eye drop vials.

The equipment can work with several formats - standard (dropper + screw cap) and preservatives free caps. The system has a 100% IPC with separated weight cells from the bottles walking beam area. The machine is equipped with a RABS (Restricted Access Barrier System) with a laminar system.

The device can be equipped with MDM (Machine Data Manager) for recording all data, remote interaction, real-time processing, productivity information, and graphic data displays.
