SN Maschinenbau, a German manufacturer of horizontal packaging machines, presents equipment for forming, filling and sealing 4-side sealed pouches for disinfectant wipes - FBM D2.

4-side sealed flat sachets are produced from the film roll and, at the same time, tissue material is unwound from the fleece roll, folded and cut. In the rotary machine, the wipes are inserted into the pouches and then impregnated with disinfectant. In the final step, the pouches are head-sealed and positioned with a pick and place device on the discharge conveyor for further processing. The output of this duplex machine is up to 180 pouches per minute.
