Dott.Bonapace offers the KAP-100 and KAP-300 for opening, filling and closing already oriented empty hard gelatin capsules for correct and easy distribution of the powder into the capsules.
The KAP-100 is ideal for hospitals, pharmacies, research labs and quality control departments where small scale production is required. Productivity of the device is up to 2 500 caps/hour.
The KAP-300 model is suitable if higher productivity is needed - up to 6000 caps/hour.
The device is made of steel, fully disassemblable and 100% at water tight. For this reason, the device can be washed inside, providing a good cleaning in accordance with GMP requirements.
