At Silverson they understand the challenges that mixing requirements can bring and they know that any one mixer is not right for everyone.

Silverson designs and builds every Silverson mixer itself and so is able to build mixers to fit exact customer requirements if required.

Silverson recently supplied two In-Line mixers for manufacturing Veterinary Vaccines. These machines were designed to operate aseptically and are completely CIP and SIP-able. This includes the sealant systems which are designed to produce condensate from Ultra-Pure Steam. The sealant systems are fully instrumented and are continuously monitored by the clients' systems.

The machines are designed to be totally automated with minimal input from the operator and comply with current USP Class VI requirements and all relevant standards for Clean Room manufacturers.

Silverson engineers worked closely with the client to provide bespoke units that conformed exactly to their requirements.
