CO.RA. developed the Perfect VR8V System - a special VR8V valve with a built-in control system suitable for controlling the continuous flow of the product by intercepting and regulating the flow of powder.

A stainless steel hose is connected to the VR8V with two tuning fork sensors, which with the help of a vibration system allow the user to actually control the level of the product inside.

This system is developed in accordance with the strictest cleaning procedures. Fast cleaning is guaranteed by using a clamp. The operator doesn't need any tools for assembly or disassembly.

The mechanical characteristics of this valve are unique compared to other valves of a traditional layout, since it does not have a gasket and can freely rotate 360°. Since the pockets of the rotor will be emptied one by one, the powder is ejected smoothly and gradually.

The rotation speed of the VR8V valve can be automatically changed by the control system in accordance with such factors as distinguishing features of the process and sensor recognition.

Finally, the software developed by CO.RA. employees allows you to easily monitor the presence of powder inside the pipe directly from the control panel, which already allows you to use the remote technical support of CO.RA.
