The HSF 400 (High Speed Filler) is an integrated high quality solution for the production and filling of spout pouches. This equipment offers the best pouch quality at the highest efficiency available on the market, combined with maximum flexibility at the lowest possible cost per pouch, with a throughput of up to 240 pouches per minute.
The CM 100 (Continuous Motiona) is a continuous machine that uses the iTrack Motion Carrier system to provide filling times of up to 4 seconds for large filling volumes up to 7.25 kg and 14 liters at 60-60 rpm, throughput 70 bags per minute. The dedicated magazine is new as it is designed to be loaded by a robot and the continuous ultrasonic sealer is ideal for filling liquids. The CM 100 also offers automatic format switching from smallest to largest format in less than 5 minutes and can be combined with an SN pouch making machine that delivers up to 120 bags per minute, e.g. for liquid soaps or household detergents up to 2 liters.
