• Tablet presses CPR-6 and CPR-18 in the SE modification - floor mobile monoblock versions. This improvement simplifies service and cleaning. The HMI and PLC model has also been updated.
• New models of tablet presses CPR-22 SE and Double Layer versions are offered. Depending on the options, the tablet press can be equipped with barrier protection - an insulator, make two-layer tablets, equipped with 3 different turrets, and more.
• BPS-210 thermoforming machine for manufacturing and marking suppository shells. Productivity up to 20,000 cells per hour. Works with two materials: PVC or PVC/PE. Film thickness 127 µ (±10%) or 147 µ (±10%)
• TURBO MEK 5-10 and 15-25 reactors. This equipment is equipped with a container with a jacket for heating and cooling, a disperser with a recirculation system, a frame mixer with scrapers, the possibility of vacuuming, visualization of all processes based on Siemens PLC TOUCH 12". It is intended for working with creamy, viscous and liquid products with a volume of 2.5 to 34 liters, depending on the model.
