The eFlex range is a tablet deduster based on a new generation of segmented modular made of Tritan copolyester. Each of the spiral segments can be removed individually for easy dismantling, cleaning and inspection, it has a high degree of robustness and is completely transparent. The transparent segments provide a 360° direct view of the tablets throughout the entire process.
This device is designed in such a way as to immediately separate excess powder during the dedusting process. Delivery of tablets to the dust collector outlet takes only a few seconds and provides excellent dust removal efficiency.
Maximum attention has been paid to simplifying the design to reduce the number of parts to be assembled and disassembled and to eliminate the need for tools.
