The Swiss company Three-Tec GmbH offers an isolator with integrated gravimetric dosing system, extruder, conveyor and granulator according to ISO 14644-7 standard. This system allows all processes, from powder mixing to finished granulate, to be carried out in a protected and fully controlled environment without the need for a clean room.

The equipment built into the isolator is manufactured specifically for working with gloves, and is easily disassembled and cleaned by the efforts of one operator. Process line drives are either installed outside the isolator or in a special enclosure. The working chambers and all parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 L stainless steel with surface roughness Ra≤0.8 microns.

Through filtered and controlled air, a low pressure area is created inside the isolator, maintaining class C (OEB 4 /5) according to GMP rules. Even if the glove breaks, the product does not leave the isolator.
