SIFTOMAT mini by FUCHS has been developed for screening small batches of bulk materials of all types. Its extremely compact design is ideal for laboratories, pilot plants and small production facilities.
SIFTOMAT mini works identically to the large SIFTOMAT sifter. The eccentric drive causes the screens to make a flat eccentric movement. Mixing is extremely gentle and has a positive effect on the sieving quality.
Because the screen body can be disassembled very quickly to replace screens or change product, the sifter is ideal for contract manufacturers of pharmaceutical or food products where at least parts of the machine in contact with the product must be cleaned very frequently. The machine parts to be cleaned are very light and can be easily handled by responsible personnel.
The SIFTOMAT mini sifter is available with one or two sieves, with all parts in contact with the product made of stainless steel 1.4301. A version made entirely of stainless steel is optionally available, in which the parts in contact with the product can also be made of stainless steel 1.4404.
The SIFTOMAT sifter is very easy to maintain and therefore, in addition to its low acquisition cost, is extremely economical.
