This range of mixers has been developed in response to the demand for small in-line mixers that bridge the gap between laboratory and production scale mixers currently available in the Silverson product range.

As one of the most versatile mixers on the market, Silverson's high shear rotor/stator inline mixers have the ability to form stable emulsions, deagglomerate, reduce particle and droplet size, and blend powder and liquid ingredients.

The new range of mixers, which includes models with the "Ultra Hygienic" specification, offers mixers suitable for high-viscosity mixtures, as well as a multi-stage built-in mixer, which complements the various types of laboratory and production models already available, but which offers customers more options regarding batch sizes and processing requirements.

Any mixer in this range can be supplied with a vessel package, increasing the versatility and flexibility of these small mixers. The 50-liter vessel comes complete with a container stand, a valve, and a pipeline. Conversion kits are also available to upgrade the UHS model to UHS-HV and FMX10.
