At the beginning of this year, SN Maschinenbau presented an innovative solution for the production of stand-up pouches with a central spout – SPM 50.

This equipment is suitable for manufacturers of:

-puree
-smoothies
-other puree-like liquids as an environmentally friendly and economical alternative to the use of prefabricated bags.

Compared to ready-made bags, this significantly simplifies processing and allows personnel to process a larger number of bags more efficiently, for example, because there is no need for labor-intensive separation of guides.

This equipment:

- does not require special maintenance,
- works very efficiently,
- has a compact design and can be used even in cramped production conditions.

SPM 50 produces up to 4,200 bags per hour and ensures the continuous production of more than 30,000 pouches with a spout in an 8-hour work shift using only one roll of film. This corresponds to an annual production volume of 7 million spout bags in one shift to 21 million in three shifts.
