The PVC cooling system by Vibrowest combines modern technologies for effective temperature reduction and drying of plastic granules. It includes a rectangular screen (Hybrid 900*2900) and a spiral elevator (EVS 1540), which work together to achieve an optimal result.

How does the system work?

The Vibrowest Hybrid technology uses a fluidized bed with cooled air, gradually reducing the temperature of PVC granules from 110°C to 30°C. This allows for quick and safe cooling of the material, reducing the risk of damage.

The final cooling and transportation of the product is performed using the Vibrowest EVS spiral elevator. Its design includes more than 100 cooling points, helping to remove residual moisture. The transportation process lasts more than 7 minutes, which gives enough time for effective drying of the material.
