- Seals made of silicone, PTFE, EPDM, or Viton.
Their main function is to ensure proper valve operation by preventing product leakage when the valve is closed.
It is recommended to replace seals every 3–4 months.
- Bushings made of PTFE, Iglidur, or PET — support the shaft during valve opening/closing, maintaining its integrity.
It is strongly recommended to keep at least one set of bushings in stock.
- Actuators — double-acting or spring return, available in painted aluminum or stainless steel versions.
Actuator wear depends on process conditions.
It is recommended to have at least 3 sets of spare parts available per year to ensure stable and efficient valve operation.
