Large-scale rotor-stator mixers operate by rotating rotor blades at high speed in a precision-machined head. They create a powerful suction effect, lifting liquid and solid components from the bottom of the vessel to the center of the head, where they undergo milling and intense hydraulic shear, before being uniformly returned to the mixing vessel. This process ensures optimal circulation without aeration and perfect mixing, even at large volumes.
