Filling and capping lines for production

Filling and capping lines by COMAS are designed for high quality packaging of cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. This equipment is already installed at the leading production companies all around the world. 

COMAS offers filling lines with mechanical speed from 1500 up to 18 000 bottles per minute. These lines suit for filling into plastic and glass bottles of various shapes, volume up to 1 l. 

In order to supply the complete solution  COMAS lines can be additionally equipped with washing machines and setrilization tunnels for bottles, labelling machines, laminar flow and weighing systems. Lines are designed individually according to the technical task of the customer. They can be developed for filling of sterile and toxic products, as well as be manufactured in ATEX version.
