The MultiKitCat is suitable for large kitchens and catering companies.
The systems grants:
• BLENDING by means of horizontal wall scraping agitator
• DE-AERATION by means of vacuum
• INDIRECT HEATING through double jacket, ideal for frying, cooking, roasting.
The unit is tiltable, double jacketed (working temperature in the double jacket up to 165 °C), with automatic lid locking, lifting device for euro bins.
