We are pleased to announce that a fully functional GMP compliant SYFPAC DUO will be presented at CPHI in Frankfurt in 2025.
What is SYFPAC DUO?
The SYFPAC DUO by Brevetti Angela is a high-performance machine designed for the continuous aseptic production of ampoules, vials and syringes using the Blow-Fill-Seal method. It operates in a closed loop, starting from plastic granulate, forming, filling and sealing the packaging in a single machine, installed in a class B/C clean room of only 6 m².
When the pilot version of SYFPAC DUO was first presented at CPHI in Milan in 2024, it generated great interest and received a lot of positive feedback from numerous visitors. Exceeding all expectations, two European and one Asian customer signed a purchase agreement right during the show, despite the fact that the presented machine was not yet GMP compliant and was only shown as a concept.
We have come a long way since Milan 2024, and now, at CPHI Frankfurt 2025, we will show SYFPAC DUO, which is capable of:
- producing up to 40,000 vials per hour - the high-performance version of SYFPAC DUO HYPER
- handling products requiring OEB 4, BSL 4 containment
- carrying out primary packaging of vaccines and other temperature-sensitive products at very high speed - and yes, it is a BFS machine
- providing all the necessary documentation and the results of the relevant tests and tests
And fully compliant with:
- EU GMP / US GMP
- GAMP 4/5
- CFR 21 PART 11
- EHEDG Doc. 10 (European Association for Hygienic Design and Engineering)
- European Machinery Directives and Safety Standards
