Blow Fill Seal (BFS) technology is used for the aseptic packaging of liquids: the container is formed, filled, and sealed in a single machine within a sterile environment. BFS is recognized by international regulatory authorities as one of the safest forms of aseptic manufacturing, significantly reducing the risk of contamination and minimizing operator intervention.

With SYFPAC® equipment by Brevetti Angela, it is possible to produce both small and large plastic containers made of PP, PE, or HDPE — suitable for injectables, vaccines, infusions, ophthalmic solutions, and even cosmetics or beverages. The machines are known for their high performance, low maintenance costs, and fully automated CIP/SIP processes.
