There are different types of valves in the company's line: butterfly valves, butterfly valves for tablets, dosing valves for various purposes: control of the flow of powders and granules, working with abrasive or difficult to transport products, for applications where a continuous supply of powder, granules, tablets are needed into processing equipment. The valves are made of stainless steel grades AISI 316L and AISI 304. The valves are easily disassembled for cleaning procedures and technical inspection. Valves can be made of silicone on a platinum catalyst, black silicon, with a base of Viton, EPDM, PTFE with white or black silicone, seals with a stainless cell. The seals are manufactured in a cleanroom to ensure high quality and cleanliness. For fine and abrasive powders, there is a special version of the SURE FLATE valve with an inflatable seal to ensure tightness and long seal life.
